Great breakfast, friendly staff

All was good.

The hotel has a great location, close to the river with a beautiful view. During my xmas stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and offers a good selection of foods. the spa was clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a variety of activities to offer.

the room was very hot and there was no air conditioning.

The spa facilities were fantastic and the wellness program was a great way to relax and unwind during my stay. I also really enjoyed the delicious restaurant, which had plenty of mouth-watering options to choose from. In terms of location, it was ideal - nestled in a serene and peaceful environment, but not too far from nearby towns and attractions.

It wasn't made clear that there was an additional cost for using the spa, which was a bit of a letdown. the internet connection wasn't great, but this wasn't a huge issue for me since I was primarily there to unwind and disconnect.

the location was a highlight with convenient access to the motorway and breathtaking riverside views. the staff were helpful and accommodating, making my experience even more pleasant. My spacious room was well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a spotlessly clean bathroom. the delicious breakfast and outstanding restaurant cuisine were additional highlights during my stay. the only downside was the lack of air conditioning during the warmer months. this hotel provided an enjoyable and peaceful retreat.
